MyCNFT NFT License Agreement

1. Copyright
   All copyrights to the NFT and its original work (image, music, photo, or multimedia) remain with the creator (the “Author”), represented on the MyCNFT platform.
   The Author retains the right to use the work in any of their own projects, to create new or modified versions of the work, including visual or audio variations.
   The Author may not sell or mint an exact copy of the original NFT, preserving its uniqueness (1/1).
2. Rights of the NFT Owner
   The buyer (the “Owner”) receives non-exclusive, worldwide rights to use the work under the following conditions:
   Personal Personal Use
   The Owner may view, store, and display the work in personal collections, digital wallets, social media, websites, or devices.
   Public Display
   The Owner may showcase the work in online galleries, exhibitions, press features, and other public contexts, provided that credit is given to the Author and/or MyCNFT.
   Limited Commercial Use
   The Owner may use the work for limited commercial purposes, provided that:
   The gross annual revenue derived from such use does not exceed a reasonable threshold (e.g., approximately USD 10 000 or equivalent in ADA), unless otherwise agreed in writing with the Author.
   The work is not used in a way that creates the impression of mass production, a commercial brand, or an independent product line.
   Proper credit to the Author and reference to MyCNFT are maintained in all uses.
   Examples of permitted uses include small-scale merchandise (e.g., a limited number of T-shirts, prints, or posters) or inclusion in digital content (e.g., videos, exhibitions, metaverse showcases) under the same conditions.
   Resale of NFT
   The Owner may sell or transfer the NFT to other individuals or marketplaces.
   Such resale does not transfer or imply transfer of any copyright or ownership of the underlying work.
3. Restrictions
   The Owner may not:
   Create, reproduce, or distribute derivative works based on the original without the Author’s written consent;
   Sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to use the work to third parties;
   Modify the work or present it as their own creation;
   Use the work in any illegal, defamatory, or offensive context, or in a way that could damage the Author’s or MyCNFT’s reputation.
4. Additional Terms
   All rights and restrictions become effective upon purchase of the NFT.
   This license applies to all NFTs issued under the MyCNFT project.
   Future versions of this license will apply only to newly released NFTs, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
